Shipping policy

Orders may be collected or delivered to your door by our courier. You will be able to select either option on checkout. Collection is free; and courier costs will depend on where you live (typically R90 or R120).

Orders are only delivered in South Africa. Products are shipped within the timeframe stipulated for the product, in the case of a mixed order, whichever lead time is longer. In the rare event that an order is delayed (longer than 5 days), you will be notified with a revised delivery timeframe. Delays in delivery do not constitute grounds for termination of the agreement or for payment of damages to the Buyer.

Incorrect delivery addresses are the responsibility of the Buyer and may result in additional costs. We require your contact number and email address for courier deliveries. Most carriers will supply a delivery PIN for secure delivery. Instead of signing on receipt of a package, you will be required to supply the driver with the delivery pin.
